Description: Malt extract in liquid form, characterized by a high diastatic power.
 
Ingredients: 100% malt from two-row nationally-produced barley. The barley varieties used are not derived from any genetic manipulation (GMO-free).
 
Note: The extract in concentrated in a low-temperature vacuum evaporator and is characterized by a total lack of mycotoxins.
