Description: Malt to give the beer its special fuller mouthfeel and characteristic flavor.

 

Ingredients: 100% Italian wheat (variety Sirtaki).

 

Note: Malt, characterized by a good protein level and by a total absence of mycotoxins as result of a production chain completely controlled.

The wheat varieties used are not derived from any genetic manipulation (GMO-free). May contain traces of barley.
