Purpose of the processing. The processing of personal data is carried out for the following purposes:
1. Establishment and execution of the contractual relationship with the customer and related activities, such as administrative and accounting activities;
2. Fulfillment of legal obligations;
3. Credit recovery and judicial protection and related activities;
4. Evaluation and credit insurance;
5. Direct marketing (sending newsletters and promotional communications).
Legal basis. The processing is carried out legitimately based on the following conditions:
1. Execution of the contract for the purpose n. 1;
2. Legal obligation for the purpose n. 2;
3. Legitimate interest for the purposes n. 3-4-5.
The provision of personal data is obligatory for the execution of the contract and the failure or partial or incorrect conferment can make it impossible or inaccurate.
Recipients. The personal data of the customer can be communicated, for the purposes described, to the following categories of recipients: agents, companies of the Adriatica Group, professionals (accountant, law firm, consultants), commercial information companies, supervisory bodies and judicial authorities, companies of IT services, transport and logistics companies, credit and insurance institutions, communication agencies.
Duration of treatment. The processing has a duration equal to that of the contractual relationship, and the data will be kept for a maximum period of 10 years, in order to fulfill the legal obligations, as well as to guarantee the legitimate interests of the owner. The processing for marketing purposes has a duration of 24 months from the time of commercial contact or from the establishment of the commercial relationship.
Rights. Interested parties have the right to ask the owner access to the data concerning them, their deletion, incorrect data correction, incomplete data integration, treatment limitation, data portability, opposition to processing in the hypotheses of legitimate interest of the owner, the revocation of the consent in the cases in which the treatment is based on it and for the marketing purposes, in the cases and according to the conditions foreseen by the relative articles of the Regulation n. 2016/679. The interested parties also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent control authority in the Member State in which they habitually reside or work or of the State in which the alleged violation occurred.
