Description: Malt to give the beer its special colour and characteristic flavor.

 

Ingredients: 100% two-row Italian spring barley.

 

Note: The roasting step carried out with air indirect allows to obtain a malt characterized by a very low content in nitrosamines.

The barley varieties used are not derived from any genetic manipulation (GMO-free). May contain traces of wheat.
